Wreck on I-70

Units responded this afternoon for the reported rescue with unknown injuries in West Friendship. At 16:03 callers advised that there was an accident involving a trailer on I-70 at Route 32, bringing units from West Friendship and Lisbon to the scene. Chief 3B arrived at I-70 east of Route 32 to find an SUV pulling a camper that lost control and rolled in the median. There was no entrapment and four patients for evaluation. Paramedic 35 handled two priority 3 pediatric patients and one refusal while Paramedic 46 transported one priority 2 patient to Shock Trauma in Baltimore. The scene was turned over to Maryland State Police and Maryland State Highway Administration Coordinated Highways Action Response Team (CHART). Units cleared at 16:38.
