As we do each year during Fire Prevention Week, members opened the doors of the station to welcome community members to our Open House. This year's theme is "Cooking safety starts with YOU. Pay attention to fire prevention." Cooking fires are the leading cause of home fires and injuries.
Participants were able to get an up-close look at the station and our equipment and were able to take part in hands-on activities. Thanks to everyone who came out! Check the links below for more information from the National Fire Protection Association.
