| The station was alerted around 8:40 pm for a single vehicle accident on the ramp of westbound Route 40 to westbound I-70, at the 40/70 split. After units arrived on location Chief 3 took incident command and advised they had a single vehicle accident with a vehicle overturned and one ejected and requested Maryland State Police Aviation to respond. Engine 31's crew assisted Paramedic 35's crew in packaging the patient to be flown the Shock Trauma and then stood by with lights for Howard County Police and Maryland State Police while they conducted their investigation. |
