At 08:14 units were dispatched to the 300 block of River Road following a report of a rescue with possible entrapment. Upon arrival Chief 3 located a vehicle on its side with one occupant, who was found to be alert and oriented.
Carroll County Engine 124 arrived and managed vehicle stabilization, removed the windshield, and performed the extrication. Carroll Paramedic 127 handled the patient who declined further medical assistance. All units cleared the scene at 08:56.
