Units responded this afternoon for a vehicle fire on I-70 in Ellicott City. At 16:21 Engine 31 and Engine 82 were alerted for the report of a single vehicle on fire. Engine 31 arrived at westbound I-70 near Marriottsville Road to find a working car fire involving a Baltimore City Fire Department staff vehicle. Crews made quick work of the fire and cleared at 17:04. No injuries were reported.
