Members traveled north on Route 32 this evening to the Sykesville Freedom District Fire Department's Legacy Hall for our annual Awards Banquet. After a delicious dinner, it was time for awards!
Life Member Frank Saunders was recognized for his nearly 60 years of service to the WFVFD. Resolutions from the Howard County Executive's Office, the Howard County Council, the Maryland General Assembly, and US Senator Ben Cardin's Office were presented to his son and grandson, Pat and Chris Saunders.
