Join us at the Howard County Fairgrounds from August 6th through August 13th for the 71st Annual Howard County Fair! In addition to providing fire and EMS protection to the fairgrounds, this is one of our most important fundraisers each year. Grab one of Howard County's best snowballs, play a few games of Bingo in the air conditioned bingo hall, try your luck at the Nevada stand, buy a few raffle tickets, and see if your jump shot is still on point at the Dunking Booth. We also will have t-shirts for sale this year so you can show your pride in your local fire department! The always fun Grand Opening Parade and the 33rd Annual West Friendship Volunteer Fire Department Parade is at 2 PM on Sunday, August 7th on the midway.
