Passengers on a bus escaped serious injury this afternoon when the bus rolled onto its side. At 15:34 units responded to eastbound I-70 near Marriottsville Road for the reported overturned school bus. Upon arrival Tower 3 found a school bus on its side in the median with four people on board. Three passengers were transported to Howard County General Hospital with minor injuries by Paramedics 45, 95, and 135. Units cleared the scene at 16:23 and turned the scene over to Maryland State Police and the SHA Coordinated Highways Action Response Team (CHART).
