The Weis Markets grocery store in Woodstock hosted a Memorial Day cook-out on May 23, 24 and 25 to generate donations for the West Friendship Volunteer Fire Department. Doug McPherson, store manager, provided the hot dogs, chips, soft drinks, grill, and venue; WFVFD provided the manpower; and the local community provided the donations.
A big “Thanks” to everyone who helped make this event a huge success.
