The caller stated that she didn't think anyone was injured but that her fence was damaged. Units arrived to find a vehicle off the road, upside down in a creek. The single occupant self extricated prior to the arrival of police and fire units. The driver refused treatment and transport and was arrested by Howard County Police for driving while intoxicated. Units cleared at 20:00.
