Units were alerted this morning to respond to Carroll County for a reported fire. At 09:40, Engine 31 and Water Supply 3 responded to 7800 Kabik Court in Woodbine for a fire near a fuel tank. Water Supply 3 began setting up a secondary water source at the Patapsco River at the Carroll/Howard county line. The fire box was downgraded but the crew of FF/EMT Kyle Fischer & A/C Mark Miller decided to complete the task of setting up and used the time to train on the hydraulic pump system.
